Meg Costello recently joined New England Quality Care Alliance (NEQCA) as Chief Operating Officer. Meg is responsible for NEQCA’s operations and standards, overseeing the day-to-day processes to ensure alignment with the organization’s Quadruple Aim goals of better health, better patient care, lower cost and enhanced provider professional satisfaction.
Dr. Jatin K. Dave, Chief Medical Officer

Jatin Dave recently joined New England Quality Care Alliance (NEQCA) as Chief Medical Officer. Before joining NEQCA, Jatin was the Medical Director of Geriatrics and Senior Care Options for Tufts Health Plan. 

Dr. Joseph Frolkis, President & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Joseph Frolkis is Chief Executive Officer and President of New England Quality Care Alliance (NEQCA). Prior to being appointed CEO and President, he had served as NEQCA’s Interim Chief Medical Officer.

Nathan Gagne, Chief Financial Officer

Nate Gagne joined NEQCA in June 2012 as Chief Financial Officer. Nate is accountable for the performance of the accounting, finance, and information technology departments. While at NEQCA, he has successfully improved and streamlined the reporting and analytics used for monthly meetings, Board of Trustee meetings, and Finance Committee meetings. He also led the implementation of integrated billing system, payroll system, and budgeting system.

Jeffrey Gross, VP Business Development & Strategic Planning
Jeff Gross joined NEQCA in July 2007 as the VP of Business Development and Strategic Planning. Jeff is responsible for planning and executing NEQCA’s network growth and retention. Additionally, Jeff leads the development and formation of physician groups.
Zachary Redmond, Counsel and Secretary
Zach Redmond started at Tufts Medical Center in August 2013 and is NEQCA’s Counsel and Secretary as well as the Associate General Counsel at Tufts Medical Center.
Lisa Reed, Vice President, Performance Management
Lisa Reed joined NEQCA in May 2008 as a Project Manager and today serves as the Vice President, Performance Management. During her tenure, Lisa has led the Electronic Health Record program across network community practices and NEQCA’s Meaningful Use Attestation and Patient Centered Medical Home recognition as part of the network’s signature Medical Home program.
Jeffrey Syrek, VP of System Contracting & Contract Finance
Jeff Syrek, also known as “JD”,  joined NEQCA in 2008 and currently serves as the Vice President of System Contracting and Contract Finance for both NEQCA and Tufts Medical Center. In addition to the overall organizational strategy negotiations, Jeff manages the contracting and informatics team, as well as the development of funds flow and incentive models that support the NEQCA networks success.
